Karack zar painted by Daniel Siegenthaler
After 5 years with out a price rise, I have now had to increase them across my whole range. This is purely due to the cost of the raw materials I use, i.e. metal going up 6 x it price in less than 2 years. I am unable to continue selling most of my product at a loss or very small margins. Most of the price rises are very modest making my products still very good value money. I hope to have all price rises implemented by the end of February. If you get your order in before the rise then that price will stand.
Postage/Shipping will stay at the levels that they are now which were lowered by us last year by 4%.
We have now been trading under the name The BaggageTrain for the last 19 years. In that time we have only been trading at trade shows, Selling ScotiaGrende produtions.
The BaggageTrain started off as a figure painting company, and we were asked many times if we made or painted any terrain. From this our small range of resin terrain has grown from roads and rivers to 15mm Roman forts. On our way we have acquired Merbeth designs with its vast range of 6mm to 28mm terrain, building, 28mm Sci-Fi vehicles and figures ranges. Acropolis: Sci-Fi and Fantasy Figures range. Warsquad a range of 20mm WWII figures and a range of 10mm figures called “Ten High” which has a very large range of ACW figures and soon to be added; Late Romans, Gaul’s, Republican Roman with more to follow in the future. The first parts of the Early Imperial Romans have now been listed. Please have a look. We hope to keep up a steady flow of information over the oncoming years. You can always drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org .
Please read our terms and conditions. If they don't answer all your questions then please contact us via email. If you don't get a reply within 48 hours please don't assume that we're ignoring you. We may not be here or your message may have not got through the virus protectors and Spam editors.
We aim to dispatch items as quickly as possible, but you must allow at least 28 days for the manufacture of the resin scenic because most things are actually made to order. I keep very little resin stock because I don't currently have the space. If you wish to make a pre order for a show, then drop us a line at lest 28 days prier to the show you wish to collect from. .
Please note, however, I will take this opportunity to say that I can't replace items unless you specifically ask for insurance. We can not be held responsible for the postal service, and whilst we will do our best it is not a guaranteed service.
